International Tax Associate – Multinational Companies

About the role

Join PwC’s International Corporate Tax team and work on cross‑border tax advisory projects for multinational clients investing through Luxembourg. You will collaborate with tax specialists across the PwC network to assess tax risk, structure investments and support complex corporate transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Advise international clients on tax aspects of corporate structures, mergers, acquisitions and new product launches.
• Analyse Luxembourg and international tax legislation to deliver practical, business‑focused recommendations.
• Apply domestic rules, double‑tax treaties and international frameworks to support client investments.
• Develop solutions that minimise tax leakage and mitigate risk exposure.
• Collaborate with PwC teams across jurisdictions and with specialists in VAT, Transfer Pricing and related disciplines.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of tools, methodologies and processes.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Tax Law, Business Law, Economics or a related field.
• First experience in taxation, law or a related discipline.
• Strong interest in international corporate taxation.
• Fluent English.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel – proficient, independent use.
