Corporate Finance Senior Manager (Venture Capital & Private Equity)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Senior Finance Manager to join the Corporate Finance team of a leading venture capital and private equity firm. The position is based in Luxembourg (or Frankfurt) and will report to the Head of Finance, supporting the firm’s rapid growth and digital transformation agenda.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day finance operations for German and other international investment management branches, including payments, invoicing, accounting data preparation, expense reporting and purchase order processing.
• Oversee finance activities for Luxembourg‑based GP and Carry entities.
• Contribute to the group’s AI‑driven automation programme, digitising back‑office and finance processes end‑to‑end.
• Act as the primary finance liaison for external accountants, tax advisors and auditors across regulated and non‑regulated entities.
• Review and analyse monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements under German and other international GAAP, and prepare management reports, budgets and forecasts.

Required profile

• Motivated finance professional with senior‑level experience.
• Ready to start as soon as possible.
• Willing to work on‑site in Luxembourg or Frankfurt.
