Windows & VMware Administrator (Permanent)

About the role

We are looking for a Windows and VMware Administrator to join our department responsible for monitoring and maintaining internal and external systems. This permanent position offers the chance to work on a critical banking infrastructure and to contribute to its stability and evolution.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, patch and maintain Windows Server, VMware, VDI and SCCM environments.
• Ensure the availability and stability of all servers and related services.
• Provide Level‑2 support for Windows, VMware, VDI and SCCM incidents.
• Investigate issues, propose improvements and implement corrective actions.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and project‑related work, respecting deadlines.

Required profile

• Degree in Information Technology or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience with Windows Server, VMware, VDI and SCCM.
• Strong risk identification and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and spoken English; French is a plus.
• Team player willing to participate in on‑call support.
• Good communication, organization and initiative.
• Ability to produce and maintain operational documentation.
