Windows and VMware Administrator – Permanent

About the role

We are seeking a Windows and VMware Administrator to join our IT department on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for ensuring the stability, availability, and performance of our Windows Server, VMware, VDI, and SCCM environments supporting the bank’s internal and external systems.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, patch and maintain Windows Server, VMware infrastructure, VDI and SCCM platforms.
• Monitor server health, guarantee high availability and resolve incidents promptly.
• Provide Level‑2 support for Windows, VMware, VDI and SCCM related issues.
• Investigate incidents, propose improvements and document operational procedures.
• Participate in on‑call rotation and support activities outside regular office hours.

Required profile

• Degree in Information Technology or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience with Windows Server, VMware, VDI and SCCM.
• Strong risk identification and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and spoken English; French is a plus.
• Team‑oriented mindset with good communication and organizational skills.
