UX Researcher & Designer – Mid/Senior Level

About the role

We are seeking a UX Researcher & Designer to join our team developing lending applications within an investment‑banking environment. You will shape complex internal enterprise tools, ensuring they are usable, consistent, and aligned with our established design system.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct generative and evaluative UX research, including interviews, observations, and usability testing.
• Analyze and synthesize findings into actionable insights for product teams.
• Design user flows, information architecture, and complex enterprise workflows.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and detailed mockups using Figma.
• Work within the existing design system and maintain UX/UI consistency across the platform.
• Present and defend design decisions with stakeholders.
• Support occasional tasks such as PowerPoint presentations or communication assets.

Required profile

• Mid‑ to senior‑level experience in UX research and/or UX design.
• Strong analytical problem‑solving skills and interest in user research.
• Comfort designing data‑heavy, enterprise‑level interfaces.
• Ability to work within established constraints and processes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Professional, calm, and assertive in demanding or political environments.
• Curiosity about investment‑banking operational workflows.
• Fluent English (C1 level or equivalent).
