Training Coordinator

About the role

Global Jet Luxembourg is seeking a Training Coordinator to support its training department. You will work closely with a team of coordinators and collaborate with various internal departments to ensure smooth delivery of training programs for crew and company personnel.

Key responsibilities

• Work within a team of training coordinators and liaise with other company departments.
• Develop and optimise administrative processes for the training function.
• Schedule training events for crew and staff, ensuring optimal resource utilisation.
• Coordinate training calendars with external training centres worldwide.
• Ensure compliance with multiple aviation training regulations.

Required profile

• Previous experience in the aviation industry is preferred.
• Experience in scheduling or resource management.
• Strong computer proficiency.
• Fluent English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to make quick decisions in high‑pressure environments.
• Action‑oriented, self‑motivated and capable of working independently.
