Trainee Fullstack Software Engineer (C#/.NET & React)

About the role

Join Deloitte’s Digital Factory as a Trainee Fullstack Software Engineer, working on data‑intensive applications for the financial sector. You will contribute to the design, development and maintenance of modern, high‑impact solutions using C#/.NET, SQL Server and React within an Agile environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain robust full‑stack applications for banking and investment fund services.
• Build and optimise data‑intensive APIs and processing workflows with C#/.NET and SQL Server.
• Create intuitive, scalable user interfaces using React and related ecosystem tools.
• Apply Agile practices daily, including sprint planning, collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Ensure high quality through clean code, automated testing, CI/CD pipelines and transparent communication of scope, progress and risks.

Required profile

• University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Fluent English (required); French is a plus.
• Collaborative mindset with strong team spirit and knowledge‑sharing attitude.
• Clear communication skills and ability to build trusted relationships with technical and business stakeholders.
• Analytical thinking, proactive problem‑solving and adaptability in a changing environment.
