Technicien de maintenance multitechnique

About the role

Global Facilities, a subsidiary of Teseos within the Encevo group, is looking for a Multitechnical Maintenance Technician to support the operation and upkeep of technical installations across multiple client sites in Luxembourg.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on Level 1 and Level 2 technical systems.
• Diagnose faults and intervene quickly to restore functionality.
• Work on electrical, heating, ventilation, sanitary installations and minor second‑work tasks.
• Record all interventions using the CMMS (GMAO) tool.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and environmental standards.
• Serve as the first‑level technical contact for clients.

Required profile

• Technical training as an electrician, electromechanic or equivalent.
• Experience in facility management or multitechnical maintenance is preferred.
• Good knowledge of electricity and/or HVAC systems.
• Service‑oriented, autonomous, team‑spirit and analytical mindset.
• Valid driving licence (Category B).
