Technicien de maintenance industrielle – Agro-alimentaire

About the role

The company Cactus SACarnesa S.A., a leading retailer in Luxembourg, is looking for an Industrial Maintenance Technician specialized in the food sector. You will ensure the reliability of production equipment and support continuous operation of the plant.

Key responsibilities

• Read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics.
• Identify malfunctions, perform troubleshooting and produce situation reports.
• Define preventive‑maintenance needs, develop and execute a maintenance plan.
• Apply safety regulations and standards.
• Carry out renovation and building‑restoration tasks within the production facility.

Required profile

• Knowledge of industrial and agro‑food equipment and infrastructure.
• General mechanical and electrical expertise, with basics in pneumatics and hydraulics.
• Proficiency with computer tools, CMMS (GMAO) and ERP systems.
• Ability to work autonomously, adapt to variable production schedules and learn new techniques.
• Welding skills are a strong advantage.
• Flexibility and availability for variable shift patterns.
