Technical Recruiter (Part‑time)

About the role

R3 Robotics is looking for a part‑time Technical Recruiter to own the hiring pipeline for a focused set of technical and operational positions. You will work closely with engineering, robotics, software and operations managers to source, screen and move candidates quickly in a fast‑growing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for defined technical and operational roles.
• Source candidates proactively via LinkedIn, direct outreach and referrals, and manage inbound applications.
• Conduct first‑round screening calls and coordinate interview schedules.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, create shortlists and keep the process moving.
• Maintain accurate data in the ATS (Personio) and report on pipeline health.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication.
• Support adjacent HR initiatives such as onboarding when capacity allows.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of in‑house recruiting experience, preferably at a fast‑scaling tech company.
• Proven track record hiring technical and engineering roles.
• Comfortable managing multiple interviews per day in a dynamic environment.
• Fluent English.

Required skills

• Experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Personio).
