Technical Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to lead the delivery of secure digital solutions focused on encryption, identity management, and strong authentication mechanisms. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams and ensure projects meet regulatory, security, and business requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of technical projects related to security, encryption, and authentication platforms.
• Coordinate developers, security experts, architects, and external partners.
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones and ensure delivery within budget and quality standards.
• Manage stakeholders at all levels, providing clear communication and alignment.
• Oversee integration of authentication solutions such as MFA, PKI‑based systems, and digital certificates.
• Ensure compliance with security standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, especially those related to cybersecurity and data protection.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and technical governance.
• Support pre‑sales activities by contributing to solution design and effort estimation.

Required profile

• 5+ years of technical project management experience, preferably in security or identity domains.
• Strong background in regulated environments (financial services, government, or trust services is a plus).
• Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into business‑friendly language.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and risk‑management skills.
• Leadership experience with fast‑paced, high‑security environments.

Required skills

• PKI, key management and cryptographic protocols.
• Authentication mechanisms: MFA, SSO, OAuth, digital identity frameworks.
• Secure system architecture and integration patterns.
• Agile, Scrum or hybrid project methodologies.
• Cloud environments and secure APIs.
• Familiarity with eIDAS, ISO 27001 or similar security standards.
• Project management certifications (PMP, Prince2, Agile) are a plus.
