About the role
We are looking for a proactive Team Assistant to support our Equity Capital Markets team. You will work closely with the Managing Director and senior members, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations in a fast‑paced, international environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Equity Capital Markets team.
- Manage diaries, schedule meetings, arrange travel and handle expense reporting.
- Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Prepare, format and proofread documents, presentations and reports.
- Coordinate investor meetings, roadshows and team events, including logistics and room bookings.
- Maintain and update contact databases and CRM systems.
- Liaise with Legal, Finance and Compliance on administrative matters.
- Assist with ad‑hoc projects and general team support as needed.
Required profile
- Previous experience in an administrative or team support role, preferably in financial services, real estate or professional services.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Proactive, professional, discreet and detail‑oriented.
- Comfortable working in an international environment.
Required skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
- Familiarity with CRM tools
