Tax Regulatory Trainee – Start Jan 2027

About the role

BDO Luxembourg is seeking a motivated Tax Regulatory Trainee for a six‑month end‑of‑studies internship beginning in January 2027. You will join a dedicated team that supports clients with automatic exchange of tax information and tax compliance reviews.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare reporting related to the automatic exchange of tax information (QI, CRS and FATCA).
• Perform due diligence on account holders’ files.
• Support the Tax Audit Team with tax compliance reviews.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in economics or law with a specialization in taxation (include master thesis topic and main modules in the application).
• Availability for a six‑month end‑of‑studies internship starting January 2027.
• Strong interest in FATCA, CRS, QI, regulatory compliance and international taxation.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Flexible, curious, highly motivated and client‑oriented.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Good knowledge of PowerPoint.
• Good knowledge of Excel.
