Supply Chain Compliance Administrator

About the role

Blue Origin is seeking a Supply Chain Compliance Administrator to join its Luxembourg team. You will ensure that all supply‑chain activities comply with U.S. export regulations, FAR/DFAR requirements, and aerospace industry standards while supporting high‑profile contracts with NASA and the U.S. Space Force.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and advise on export strategies in partnership with the Trade Compliance team.
• Author, manage, and amend Export License and Technical Assistance Agreement applications to the U.S. Department of Commerce and State Department.
• Create and maintain an automated compliance reporting system focused on FAR and DFAR obligations.
• Conduct regular internal audits to identify compliance risks and propose mitigation actions.
• Stay current with evolving export regulations and assess their impact on contracts and operations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to embed compliance clauses into product and process designs.

Required profile

• Experience in export and trade compliance within the aerospace or defense sector.
• Strong knowledge of FAR, DFAR, and related government regulations.
• Ability to interpret complex regulatory language and translate it into actionable processes.
• Excellent communication skills for training and guiding internal teams.
