Stockroom Agent – Aircraft Spare Parts

About the role

The Stockroom Agent will manage the Cargolux aircraft spare‑parts inventory in Luxembourg, ensuring parts are stored, labelled and issued correctly. The role supports both internal maintenance teams and external customers, operating across the main stockroom and the P7 stockroom.

Key responsibilities

• Place incoming and returned parts into stock, updating labels and computer data.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, perform physical counts and cycle counts as scheduled.
• Control shelf‑life of stored material and execute stock transfers when required.
• Prepare and issue parts to internal and external customers, delivering on‑demand to mechanics.
• Perform material control duties, including Fly‑Away Kits and general shipping/receiving coverage.
• Collaborate with connected departments and keep the work area and vehicles clean and orderly.

Required profile

• Secondary technical education or equivalent apprenticeship.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar stockroom or logistics role.
• Willingness to work shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Customer‑focused attitude with good communication skills.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Valid B‑class driving licence and ability to obtain a medical fitness certificate.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Forklift operation – experience or aptitude, with training provided.
