About the role

CHEM, Luxembourg's largest and most innovative hospital, invites spontaneous applications for a position in the surgical operating theatre (ATM). The role can be full‑time or part‑time and supports interdisciplinary patient care across three sites: Esch‑sur‑Alzette, Niederkorn and Dudelange.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the surgical team during operative procedures.
• Prepare and maintain sterile equipment and operating rooms.
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and technical staff to ensure patient safety.
• Participate in postoperative care and documentation.

Required profile

• Relevant medical or technical qualification (optional but preferred).
• Ability to work in a multicultural, fast‑paced environment.
• Commitment to continuous learning and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Required skills

• Knowledge of surgical instrumentation and aseptic techniques.
• Basic understanding of diagnostic and treatment equipment.
