Solution Designer – Telecom BSS/OSS

About the role

Manning Global is seeking an experienced Solution Designer to join its managed services project in Luxembourg. The role focuses on translating complex business requirements into robust BSS/OSS designs, covering CRM, digital channels, and enterprise systems.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and conduct impact assessments.
• Convert requirements into scalable high‑level designs and solution architectures.
• Design end‑to‑end telecom customer journeys such as Lead‑to‑Cash, Order‑to‑Activate, and Trouble‑to‑Resolve.
• Define integrations between CRM, BSS, OSS, ZSMART and third‑party applications.
• Collaborate with business, architecture, delivery, and vendor teams to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and telecom best practices.
• Provide effort estimates for design and delivery in partnership with product teams.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in Telecom IT, with at least 5 years as a Solution Designer.
• Strong background in CRM, BSS, telecom transformation, and end‑to‑end customer journeys.
• Hands‑on experience with ZSMART or comparable BSS platforms.
• Familiarity with TOGAF, TM Forum frameworks and ITIL processes.
