ServiceNow Testing Consultant – IT Service Management

About the role

We are looking for a ServiceNow Testing Consultant to validate configurations, workflows and integrations within our IT Service Management platform. The role ensures that all ServiceNow solutions meet business requirements, quality standards and best‑practice guidelines before they go live.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute test scenarios, cases and scripts for ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Change, Request and Problem.
• Perform functional, regression and integration testing on ServiceNow implementations.
• Validate workflows, business rules, SLAs, forms and reports against defined requirements.
• Log, track and retest defects in close collaboration with developers and functional teams.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and document test evidence.
• Ensure compliance with quality, governance and audit standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience testing ServiceNow applications and ITSM processes.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and ServiceNow platform functionality.
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical mindset and defect‑management experience.
• Familiarity with test management tools and documentation practices.
• ServiceNow or ISTQB certification is a plus.
