ServiceNow Test Analyst – Luxembourg

About the role

We are looking for a ServiceNow Test Analyst to join our team in Luxembourg City. You will be responsible for validating ServiceNow configurations, workflows, and integrations to ensure they meet business requirements and quality standards before production deployment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute test scenarios, cases, and scripts for ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Change, Request, and Problem.
• Perform functional, regression, and integration testing on ServiceNow implementations.
• Validate workflows, business rules, SLAs, forms, and reports against requirements.
• Log, track, and retest defects in collaboration with developers and functional teams.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure proper documentation of test evidence.
• Ensure compliance with quality, governance, and audit requirements.

Required profile

• Experience testing ServiceNow applications and ITSM processes.
• Good understanding of ITIL processes and ServiceNow platform functionality.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and defect‑management experience.
• Familiarity with test management tools and documentation practices.
• Fluent in English.
• ServiceNow or ISTQB certification is a plus.
