ServiceNow Technical Specialist (Permanent)

About the role

The IT Support department seeks a ServiceNow Technical Specialist to ensure the ServiceNow platform runs smoothly, supports business applications, and aligns with organisational needs. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to design, implement, and optimise solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and optimise the ServiceNow platform development strategy and evolution roadmap.
• Supervise implementation of solutions for ServiceNow and the Service Portal.
• Create and maintain dashboards, workflows and related items.
• Provide advice to promote platform adoption and stay updated on new capabilities.
• Manage platform security, access controls and act as Cloud Application Owner for IT applications.
• Lead CMDB strategy, implementation and ongoing maintenance.
• Document procedures and processes for ITIL services.
• Liaise with third‑party vendors responsible for platform maintenance and development.

Required profile

• Degree in Information Technology or related field with relevant experience, preferably in banking.
• Extensive experience with ITIL platforms, ideally ServiceNow.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM, Service Portal, Service Catalogue, CMDB and Performance Analytics.
• Ability to create and follow platform procedures.
• Highly organised, meticulous and methodical.
• Excellent written and spoken English; French is a plus.
• Problem‑solving mindset and ability to work independently.
• ServiceNow certifications are an asset.
