ServiceNow Technical Specialist – Permanent (CDI)

About the role

We are looking for a ServiceNow Technical Specialist to join our IT Support department on a permanent basis. The role will ensure the ServiceNow platform runs efficiently, supports business applications and aligns with our organization’s ITIL processes.

Key responsibilities

• Design and evolve the ServiceNow platform strategy and roadmap.
• Lead the implementation of solutions on ServiceNow and the Service Portal, including dashboards, workflows and custom applications.
• Provide guidance on platform adoption, stay current with new ServiceNow capabilities and ensure best‑practice configurations.
• Manage platform security, access controls and act as Cloud Application Owner for IT applications.
• Serve as CMDB manager, defining strategy, implementation and ongoing maintenance.
• Maintain documentation, procedures and ITIL service processes.
• Coordinate with third‑party partners for platform maintenance and development.

Required profile

• Degree in Information Technology or related field with relevant experience, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Extensive experience with ITIL platforms, especially ServiceNow.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM, Service Portal, Service Catalogue, CMDB and Performance Analytics.
• Excellent written and spoken English; French is a plus.
• Highly organized, methodical and able to work independently on multiple tasks.
• ServiceNow certifications are an asset.
