ServiceNow Administrator – CSM & Integration (Luxembourg)

About the role

We are looking for a ServiceNow Administrator to join our team in Luxembourg. The role focuses on supporting and administering ServiceNow modules, particularly Customer Service Management (CSM) and integration components, within a telco environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot complex ServiceNow environments, including ITSM, ITOM, and CSM modules.
• Manage on‑premises and SaaS ServiceNow instances, ensuring stability and performance.
• Handle handovers from development teams and deploy new functionalities to production.
• Perform update set management and oversee ServiceNow deployment processes.
• Implement minor enhancements and customizations on existing functionalities.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience working with ServiceNow.
• Hands‑on experience with ITSM, ITOM, and CSM modules.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot platform issues and manage deployments.
• Relevant ServiceNow certifications such as CSA or CAD are preferred.
