Service Operations Manager (m/f/d)

About the role

The client, based in Lentzweiler, Luxembourg, is seeking a full‑time Service Operations Manager (m/f/d) to lead and optimise its service activities across multiple domains.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all group activities including international vehicle training, spare‑parts sales, after‑sales service, and maintenance & repairs.
• Analyse and optimise existing processes to boost customer satisfaction.
• Identify client needs, drive strategic development and digitisation of departments.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Lead four teams and their managers, providing direction and development.
• Act as the direct interface with senior management.

Required profile

• Several years of experience managing teams in at least one of the listed areas (ideally multiple).
• Technical background in mechanical construction or automotive engineering.
• Strong customer orientation and results‑driven mindset.
• Leadership, organisational skills and creativity.
• Strategic thinking with practical implementation ability.
• Fluent in German, French and English.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to sites in Belgium and Italy.
