Service Delivery & Change Management Trainee (6‑month internship)

About the role

Join Global Health, an international health‑insurance provider, as a Service Delivery & Change Management Trainee. Over a six‑month placement you will support the coordination of development requests, support tickets and change initiatives across the company’s core platforms, gaining hands‑on experience in IT service management and project governance.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and triage development tickets for the core insurance platform, categorising and prioritising requests.
• Manage the IT help‑desk ticket queue, ensuring accurate logging, categorisation and routing.
• Assist in the rollout of a central change‑management tool across workstreams.
• Maintain structured records of requests and changes to support the Change Advisory Board (CAB) approval process.
• Collaborate with the service‑delivery team to plan and track the business development roadmap.
• Participate in regular team meetings and contribute ideas for continuous improvement of ticketing and change processes.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Information Systems, Business Administration, Project Management or a related field.
• Strong organisational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
• Proficiency in English; German or French is a plus.
