Senior UX/Product Designer

About the role

You will collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and development teams in an Agile environment to translate user needs and business goals into high‑impact design solutions. The role emphasizes a user‑centered approach, evolving the design system and ensuring visual consistency across all digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Transform user needs and business objectives into intuitive, high‑quality design solutions.
• Drive user‑centered design practices across products and features.
• Maintain and expand the design system, creating or refining components for brand consistency.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and continuously improve the experience.
• Ensure consistency, coherence, and responsiveness across platforms, devices, and screen sizes.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a UX Designer with a strong portfolio of delivered projects.
• Full‑cycle UX expertise from research and ideation to prototyping, validation, and implementation.
• Proven ability to conduct both qualitative and quantitative user research.
• Solid background in interaction design, visual design, and both low‑ and high‑fidelity prototyping.
• Experience designing web‑based software and applications is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Self‑motivated, structured, proactive, and able to work autonomously.
