Senior Technician – Electro‑Optical & Infrared Sensors

About the role

The NATO Support and Procurement Agency (NSPA) is seeking a Senior Technician to support its electro‑optical and infrared sensor programmes. The role involves applying quality‑assurance standards, maintaining Unmanned Aerial System (UAS) equipment and using commercial software tools for data management.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and operate electro‑optical and infrared sensors in line with technical specifications.
• Support UAS operational and maintenance activities and keep accurate records.
• Apply Quality Assurance (QA) standards and policies to all technical work.
• Utilise commercial database and spreadsheet software for reporting and analysis.

Required profile

• Higher vocational training in a relevant discipline with at least 4 years of post‑related experience (or secondary education with 6 years experience).
• Fluency in English; working knowledge of French is desirable.
• Eligibility for rapid security clearance and ability to report promptly after selection.
