Senior Solution Architect – ServiceNow CMDB & DevSecOps Integration

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise CMDB and integration architectures on the ServiceNow platform. You will work closely with project leaders, technical teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless data flow between ServiceNow and DevSecOps pipelines across cloud and on‑premise environments.

Key responsibilities

• Design and customise ServiceNow CMDB data models aligned with CSDM 5.0.
• Conduct discovery workshops to capture architecture building blocks and relationships.
• Integrate ITOM, ITSM, CSM and SPM data structures within ServiceNow.
• Define phased approaches for reusable building blocks across business applications.
• Develop and maintain ingestion pipelines from DevSecOps platforms into ServiceNow CMDB.
• Implement APIs, import sets, transform maps and event‑driven mechanisms for data integration.
• Provide monitoring, logging and error‑handling strategies for data pipelines.
• Collaborate with cloud (AWS, Azure, sovereign clouds) and on‑premise DevSecOps tooling teams.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in ServiceNow CMDB customisation and CSDM 5.0 modelling.
• Proven experience integrating ServiceNow with CI/CD and DevSecOps pipelines.
• Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and Infrastructure‑as‑Code concepts.
• Hands‑on experience with automation tools such as CloudFormation, Ansible, Puppet, Docker, Python and shell scripting.
• Excellent knowledge of API design and RESTful integration patterns.
