Senior SAP HCM & Fiori Consultant

About the role

As a Senior SAP HCM & Fiori Consultant you will join Strada’s Professional Services team to support on‑premise SAP customers. You will work closely with business stakeholders to translate HR requirements into robust SAP solutions and ensure successful delivery across the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Provide application support consultancy, offering advice and technical guidance.
• Lead analysis, design and implementation of SAP HCM solutions aligned with business needs.
• Manage complex tickets, project and change requests, and ensure timely resolution.
• Translate HR business requirements into functional specifications and technical designs.
• Conduct workshops, process mapping and solution validation with stakeholders.
• Support testing cycles (unit, integration, UAT) and cut‑over activities.
• Deliver post‑go‑live support, issue analysis and continuous‑improvement recommendations.
• Produce technical and functional documentation for handled issues.
• Report status and progress regularly to the Proserv Team Manager.
• Collaborate with colleagues in Strada Luxembourg to balance workload and identify automation opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor or Master degree with a business or technical focus, or equivalent experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in French and English.
• Solid understanding of HR processes and SAP HR architecture.

Required skills

• SAP HCM modules: Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, Payroll, Authorisations, Infotypes and master data.
• SAP Fiori & UI technologies: Fiori Launchpad configuration, SAPUI5 (MVC, XML Views, Controllers), OData services (standard & custom), Fiori Elements, responsive UX design, SAP Web IDE / Business Application Studio.
• ABAP & ABAP OO (HCM context), BAdIs, User Exits, CDS Views, SAP Gateway integration, debugging HCM and OData.
