Senior Project Manager – PeopleSoft FSCM (Contract)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with hands‑on PeopleSoft FSCM experience to lead a large‑scale ERP replacement programme in Luxembourg. The role is fully onsite and runs on a B2B contract basis, supporting the transition from the current PeopleSoft Financials landscape to a modern, integrated ERP solution.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the ERP replacement programme across multiple business streams, including Accounting, Budgeting, Procurement‑to‑Pay and Data & Reporting.
• Plan, coordinate and track complex programme activities, ensuring alignment with stakeholders from business, IT and vendors.
• Establish and operate governance structures such as Steering Committees, reporting cycles and decision frameworks.
• Support procurement and implementation phases, managing risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide regular status updates, financial reporting and governance documentation to senior leadership.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years (typically 8‑10+ years) of programme management or PMO experience in large‑scale transformation or ERP programmes.
• Proven ability to work in multi‑stakeholder environments and manage cross‑functional teams.
• EU citizenship or a valid Luxembourg work permit is mandatory.

Required skills

• PeopleSoft FSCM (Financials & Supply Chain Management) – mandatory.
• Experience with ERP platforms such as Oracle Cloud Financials, SAP FICO or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance – strong asset.
• Strong understanding of programme management best practices, governance and reporting tools.
