Senior Project Manager – Fund Reporting & Middle Office Solutions

About the role

The Senior Project Manager will act as the main liaison between the user community and the development team, overseeing the Fund Reporting Repository module and the creation of a new Middle‑Office solution. This role requires strong analytical abilities, a solid understanding of investment‑fund operations, and the capacity to drive projects from specification through testing and release.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as point‑of‑contact for users, managing project communications and transition activities.
• Analyse user requirements and produce functional specifications for enhancements to the Fund Reporting Repository.
• Identify data duplication, define relocation specifications to SERAPIS and CLM core applications.
• Design and develop new online reports, KPIs and project‑progress dashboards.
• Perform impact analysis for the Front‑to‑Back instruction tool (NOW project) on existing modules.
• Coordinate ticket implementation, release planning and testing, including non‑regression tests.
• Maintain data glossary, user guide and comprehensive project documentation.
• Assist in conceptual data modelling and use‑case definition for the Middle‑Office solution.
• Support testing design and execution for the new Middle‑Office application.

Required profile

• University degree in Information Technology (Bac +3 or higher) or equivalent.
• Extensive knowledge of investment‑fund structures, share classes, NAV and risk‑sharing instruments.
• Experience as a Project Manager or Business Analyst in banking or financial services.
• Proven background in end‑user report development and data‑migration projects.
• Familiarity with business‑analysis, process and data‑modelling techniques (UML, ARIS, ERM).
• Strong analytical skills, accuracy and a problem‑solving attitude.
• Fluent English communication skills.
