Senior Project Manager – ERP/HCM (Luxembourg)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large‑scale ERP/HCM transformations for a client in Luxembourg. The position is a B2B contract, fully onsite, and requires strong governance and coordination skills across multiple streams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and track complex ERP/HCM programmes, ensuring alignment with business and IT stakeholders.
• Establish and operate programme governance structures such as Steering Committees, reporting cycles and decision frameworks.
• Support procurement and implementation phases, managing vendor relationships and contractual obligations.
• Maintain programme documentation, status reporting and risk mitigation activities.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years (typically 8‑10 + years) of PMO experience on large‑scale transformation or ERP/HCM programmes.
• Proven ability to work in multi‑stakeholder environments (business, IT, vendors).
• European citizenship or a valid Luxembourg work permit.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with PeopleSoft HCM or Oracle HCM (SAP HCM also considered).
• Deep understanding of programme management best practices and governance tools.
