Senior Product Development Architect

About the role

The Senior Product Development Architect will lead the design, testing and integration of satellite‑based products and services for SES. Working within the SES Product Development Lifecycle, you will collaborate with technology domains, product managers and vertical teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the technical architecture of assigned SES products and services.
• Design, test and integrate systems that contribute to the delivery of satellite‑based solutions.
• Act as system engineer to ensure interoperability across all service components.
• Participate in key projects that align with SES business objectives.
• Deliver end‑to‑end product architecture designs that meet product requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors to define comprehensive solutions.
• Follow the SES Product Development process and produce required deliverables.
• Lead testing and integration activities for product solutions.
• Interface with vendors to align requirements and report progress.
• Support operational planning, service transition and training for stakeholders.
