Senior Product Designer – Customer Experience Group (Bangkok)

About the role

Agoda is looking for a Senior Product Designer to join its Customer Experience Group (CEG) in Bangkok. You will shape the guest booking experience across Agoda’s portfolio, turning concepts into engaging, user‑focused interfaces for a global audience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery phases, define product requirements and translate them into design solutions.
• Build and test prototypes, gather user feedback, and iterate quickly.
• Present design concepts to peers, leadership, and cross‑functional teams both asynchronously and in person.
• Participate in weekly design critiques, workshops, all‑hands, and squad meetings.
• Champion consistency and cohesion across a growing family of products and features.
• Provide strategic vision that balances customer‑centric design with business, content, and technology goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience running discovery and ideation workshops and aligning teams around a shared vision.
• Demonstrated ability to craft sophisticated user flows and end‑to‑end customer journeys.
• System‑level thinking, able to design beyond individual screens.
• Strong communication skills to articulate design decisions and influence stakeholders.
