Senior Oracle Integration Consultant (HCM)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Oracle Integration Consultant to join a major European institutional client’s PeopleSoft/Oracle HCM stabilisation project. The role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining integrations within the Oracle HCM ecosystem, ensuring data quality and supporting technical configuration.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate and implement fixes and enhancements in the Oracle HCM environment.
• Address complex technical issues, propose solutions or work‑arounds, and liaise with HR, IT and Oracle Support.
• Design, develop and deploy inbound and outbound integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Build OIC adapters, orchestration flows and mappings.
• Improve data quality using Oracle HCM Data Loader.
• Develop page enhancements with Oracle Visual Builder Studio.
• Support technical configuration and reporting activities as needed.
• Ensure knowledge transfer and continuity of service throughout the assignment.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Oracle HCM and PeopleSoft environments.
• Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical incidents.
• Ability to work collaboratively with HR, IT and external support teams.
