Senior Manager, Regional Fleet Management (MEU)

About the role

Amazon is looking for a Senior Manager to lead the MEU Regional Fleet Management team covering Germany, the Netherlands and Austria. The role is responsible for ensuring world‑class safety standards for AMZL vehicles while driving operational excellence and cost efficiency across European operations. The position can be based in Luxembourg.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 8‑15 Regional Fleet Managers across multiple remote locations, designing optimal team structures to meet long‑term objectives.
• Own daily fleet compliance execution, monitor vehicle safety, and improve fleet health metrics.
• Translate diverse stakeholder inputs into a clear strategic vision and execute initiatives to achieve consensus on priorities.
• Design and implement process improvements in high‑impact areas.
• Collaborate autonomously with internal teams and external vendors to solve complex business problems and remove blockers affecting vehicle safety or efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Business Engineering, Supply Chain or a related field.
• Proven experience leading cross‑functional teams and managing stakeholders.
• Strong people‑management and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
• Ability to manage competing priorities across a wide range of stakeholders.
• Fluent in written and spoken English; German language proficiency is a plus.
