Senior Manager – Management Consulting (Benelux)

About the role

Fujitsu Europe Wayfinders is seeking a Senior Manager to lead its Management Consulting practice in the Benelux region. You will drive the growth of the practice, deliver high‑impact client engagements, and shape consulting methodologies within an entrepreneurial environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and refine consulting methodologies, frameworks, and accelerators.
• Lead billable consulting engagements, managing teams and ensuring delivery excellence.
• Draft proposals, client presentations, and identify follow‑on opportunities.
• Mentor junior consultants and foster a collaborative, high‑performance culture.
• Contribute to go‑to‑market offerings in IT Value Transformation and Data & AI.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading complex, multi‑disciplinary consulting projects.
• Strong business development acumen with a track record of winning new work.
• Ability to translate strategic ambition into tangible client outcomes.
• Passion for continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
