Senior Key Account Manager

About the role

As a Senior Key Account Manager at bunch, you will be the primary partner for fund managers and investors, ensuring a seamless experience across onboarding, growth, and upsell phases. You will work closely with the Customer Success Team and report directly to the Head of Customer Success, shaping customer interactions into measurable business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the strategic point of contact for fund managers, delivering high‑quality service across all touchpoints.
• Lead the end‑to‑end post‑sales lifecycle, coordinating with Operations, Product, Sales, Legal, and Finance.
• Build deep, trust‑based relationships and translate customer feedback into product and operational improvements.
• Own and optimise key metrics such as NPS, retention, and NRR, and manage escalations.
• Collaborate with the Head of Customer Success to refine and scale the Customer Success strategy.

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional experience, including 1–3 years in enterprise Account Management or Customer Success.
• Hands‑on experience in a private‑equity or venture‑capital environment, especially fund operations or investor services.
• Proven ability to manage complex, high‑value relationships and engage senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with a track record in fast‑moving, high‑growth settings.
• Fluent English.
