Senior Fund Accountant – UCITS

About the role

IQ Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Fund Accountant to oversee and validate Net Asset Value (NAV) calculations for UCITS and traditional funds. You will work closely with offshore accounting teams and provide expert financial guidance to clients.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily, monthly and quarterly oversight and validation of NAV to ensure accuracy.
• Calculate NAV and maintain precise accounting records for client portfolios.
• Monitor offshore fund‑accounting activities to guarantee timely and accurate reporting.
• Conduct second‑level control on NAV outputs, analyse exceptions and justify impacts.
• Prepare client reports and verify completeness of cash flows.
• Gather audit information for funds and management.
• Provide ad‑hoc financial expertise and collaborate with internal departments.
• Support and train junior team members.

Required profile

• Proven experience in auditing, fund accounting and NAV oversight.
• Familiarity with Traditional/Mutual and UCITS regulatory frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of Luxembourg GAAP and IFRS (US GAAP a plus).
• Detail‑oriented, self‑starter who can work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent English; French or additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with accounting systems such as Multifonds, GP3 or eFront.
