Senior Fund Accountant

About the role

ZEDRA is seeking a passionate Senior Fund Accountant to join its collaborative team. You will work closely with emerging and mid‑market fund managers, supporting fund setup, NAV production, financial reporting, and tax compliance while gaining hands‑on experience in Luxembourg fund accounting.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain bookkeeping records and calculate Net Asset Value (NAV) for various funds.
• Process capital calls, distributions, and investor allocations.
• Monitor cash flow, perform bank reconciliations, and execute payments.
• Ensure compliance with LuxGAAP and other relevant reporting standards.
• Prepare periodic financial reports, annual accounts, and tax filings (VAT, corporate tax, partnership filings).
• Coordinate communication with administrators, auditors, and stakeholders.
• Contribute to client delivery, operational efficiency, and risk‑management initiatives.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of experience in Luxembourg fund accounting, including NAV calculations.
• University degree in accounting (minimum Bachelor’s) or equivalent qualification.
• Good understanding of Luxembourg tax frameworks and interest in international tax.
• Experience with a range of fund structures, including alternative funds.
• Fluent in English; good understanding of French is a plus.
