Senior Developer – Electronic Document & Records Management

About the role

The IT Department of a major European public financial institution is seeking a Senior Developer to lead innovation projects in Electronic Document & Records Management (EDRM) and drive integrations with Microsoft 365. You will replace legacy customisations with cloud‑compatible solutions, ensuring a scalable and seamless user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement cloud‑compatible solutions for EDRM interoperability and innovation projects.
• Modernise and replace existing customisations with scalable, maintainable implementations.
• Develop, configure, and extend the EDRM platform using SmartUI and modern programming languages.
• Learn and apply AnswerModules frameworks to support new functionality.
• Maintain or migrate legacy Oscript components.
• Collaborate on Microsoft 365 integrations (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook).
• Support signature workflows such as DocuSign.
• Participate in solution design and architecture discussions, aligning with enterprise standards.
• Work in an Agile/DevOps environment with continuous delivery practices.
• Document and share technical knowledge with colleagues and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of development experience.
• Strong background in modern programming languages (C#, JavaScript, TypeScript or equivalent).
• Hands‑on experience with SmartUI development.
• Ability to work with and gradually replace legacy Oscript customisations.
• Solid problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of system interoperability and cloud architectures.
• Experience in Agile and DevOps practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Experience with AnswerModules framework is a plus.
• Familiarity with signature workflows (e.g., DocuSign) is a plus.
• Previous experience in a financial or institutional environment.
