Senior Corporate M&A Associate – Luxembourg

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Corporate M&A Associate to join a top‑tier international law firm in Luxembourg. The role is designed for a qualified lawyer with 4‑5 years of post‑qualification experience who is ready to lead complex cross‑border transactions and mentor junior talent.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex M&A mandates, including acquisitions, disposals, and joint ventures from start to finish.
• Provide strategic advice on corporate governance, restructurings, and sophisticated investment structures for blue‑chip clients and private‑equity houses.
• Mentor and supervise junior associates, ensuring high‑quality legal drafting and effective project management.
• Collaborate with foreign offices and multidisciplinary teams (Tax, Finance, Funds) on multi‑jurisdictional deals.

Required profile

• 4‑5 years of post‑qualification experience in Corporate/M&A within a reputable Luxembourg law firm.
• Qualified lawyer admitted to the Luxembourg Bar (List I) or another EU Bar (List IV).
• Native‑level or full professional fluency in English and French; German or Luxembourgish is a strong asset.
• Highly autonomous, result‑oriented, with strong commercial acumen.
