Senior Consultant - Transfer Agency (Client Service Management)

About the role

Northern Trust is hiring a Senior Consultant for its Transfer Agency Client Service Management function in Luxembourg. The role oversees strategic client relationships, service delivery, governance and risk management across a portfolio of key fund clients, acting as a senior point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as senior relationship manager for strategic clients, building executive-level relationships and leading governance meetings, due diligence reviews and service discussions
• Manage senior client escalations and drive effective resolutions
• Oversee service delivery against contractual commitments, SLAs and KPIs, challenge performance and identify improvements to service quality and client experience
• Lead and develop Client Service Managers, sponsor client projects, fund launches and change initiatives, and partner with internal stakeholders on strategic objectives
• Drive innovation, automation and continuous improvement
• Oversee operational risks, incidents and remediation plans, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and control frameworks, and support audits, client due diligence visits and regulatory reviews
