Senior Consultant – Strategy, Digital & Operational Excellence

About the role

Sia is seeking a dynamic Senior Consultant to join its global consulting practice. You will work on high‑impact projects that help clients shape strategy, drive digital transformation, and improve operational performance across retail and service sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Support clients in strategic positioning, new‑business development, and organisational redesign.
• Lead business re‑engineering and operational‑excellence initiatives.
• Contribute to the development of Sia’s service offerings by analysing market trends and innovation.
• Participate in business development activities, including need definition and commercial proposals.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in economics, engineering, computer science, statistics or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in a consulting environment.
• Proven track record in at least one of the following services: digitalisation, marketing & customer experience, operational excellence, pricing & revenue management, or procurement & sourcing.
• Excellent communication, analytical thinking and a results‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Fluency in English and Dutch.
