Senior Consultant – Healthcare & Life Sciences

About the role

Simon-Kucher is seeking a Senior Consultant to join its Healthcare & Life Sciences practice in Luxembourg. You will work with world‑leading pharma, biotech, diagnostics and health‑tech companies, helping them solve complex strategic challenges and shape the future of healthcare.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project workstreams, ensuring high‑quality delivery, strong client impact and timely execution.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building trusted relationships and guiding them through strategic decisions.
• Develop strategic recommendations based on data analysis, market insights and customer understanding.
• Translate complex analyses into clear, structured presentations and deliverables.
• Conduct competitive, benchmarking and market analyses to support client decisions.
• Support business development activities, including proposal preparation and pitch support.
• Contribute to internal knowledge building and best‑practice development across projects.

Required profile

• Exceptional academic record in business, economics, engineering or a scientific discipline (Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD).
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in consulting or in the Healthcare & Life Sciences industry.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and collaborate with diverse clients.
• Fluency in English and professional proficiency in Dutch, German or French.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, curiosity and drive.
