Senior Cloud Engineer

About the role

Arendt’s Digital Services team is looking for a Senior Cloud Engineer to design, deploy and optimise its Azure‑based infrastructure. You will work closely with architects, developers and operations teams to ensure secure, scalable and cost‑effective cloud solutions that support the firm’s legal and advisory services.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Azure DevOps platforms and manage CI‑CD pipelines.
• Develop Infrastructure‑as‑Code using Terraform, including reusable modules.
• Containerise applications with Docker and orchestrate them on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
• Automate Azure‑related processes with PowerShell and Bash scripts.
• Monitor, troubleshoot and maintain Azure subscriptions, management groups and resource compliance.
• Collaborate with architects to define cloud standards and participate in migration projects.
• Ensure observability through Dynatrace, Azure Log Analytics and related tooling.

Required profile

• 5+ years of IT experience with a focus on cloud engineering.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and customer‑orientation skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and French.

Required skills

• Microsoft Azure cloud platform.
• Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD pipelines.
• Terraform (module development).
• PowerShell and Bash scripting.
• Docker and Kubernetes (AKS).
• Observability tools such as Dynatrace and Azure Log Analytics.
• EntraID and Keycloak administration (asset).
• Relevant certifications (AZ‑104, AZ‑400, Terraform Associate, CKA) – considered an asset.
