Senior Business Architect / Business Process Analyst

About the role

Twenty8 is seeking a Senior Business Architect / Business Process Analyst to drive business transformation for a prestigious European Institution in Luxembourg. The role bridges business needs and technical solutions, ensuring that digital transformation initiatives are aligned with strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and document complex business processes and rules.
• Elicit and abstract requirements into conceptual models and high‑level architectures.
• Translate business needs into specifications for technical implementation.
• Lead business process modelling and re‑engineering activities.
• Review existing practices, identify simplification opportunities and support modernization.
• Facilitate workshops and collaborate closely with stakeholders.
• Produce and maintain architecture documentation, process models and artefacts.
• Support digital transformation from a business architecture perspective.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and solution design together with project managers and technical teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst, Business Architect, Enterprise Architect or Business Process Consultant.
• Strong background in business process modelling, re‑engineering and requirements analysis.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• University degree in a relevant field.
• Fluency in English (C1) and ability to work in an international, multicultural environment.
