Senior Application Specialist – Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Technical Application Specialist with extensive experience in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) to support a leading financial services client in Luxembourg. You will work on complex integration projects, ensuring seamless data flow between Oracle HCM and external systems.

Key responsibilities

• Address complex integration issues, propose solutions and workarounds.
• Design, develop, and implement inbound and outbound integrations using OIC adapters, orchestration flows, and mappings.
• Enhance user interfaces and pages with Oracle Visual Builder Studio (VBS).
• Resolve data quality problems using Oracle Fusion HCM Data Loader (HDL).

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM Core HR modules and their data structures.
• Proficiency in REST, SOAP and OIC connectivity agents for external system integration.
• Experience with Oracle HCM Data Loader (HDL) and Visual Builder Studio (VBS).
• Professional fluency in English.
