Sales Representative / Business Developer – FinTech

About the role

Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will drive new business across Luxembourg, Belgium and France and support growth in other markets where FundProcess clients operate. You will translate operational, financial and regulatory challenges of asset managers, ManCos and administrators into signed deals while contributing to a growing commercial team.

Key responsibilities

• Build a pipeline by identifying decision‑makers across funds, ManCos, central administrations, depositary banks and family offices.
• Conduct discovery meetings and product demonstrations to showcase the AI‑enhanced platform.
• Manage the sales cycle from first contact to contract signature.
• Prioritise and convert warm prospects from an existing qualified pipeline.
• Represent FundProcess at industry events such as LPEA and ALFI.
• Provide market and competitive insights to inform the product roadmap.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the investment funds industry (sales, operations, or related software/services).
• Ability to engage Asset Managers, Risk Managers and Compliance Officers and translate their challenges into clear use cases.
• Curiosity and the drive to understand a technical financial product and explain it simply.
• Proactive self‑starter who thrives with autonomy and ownership of markets.
• Fluent English required; French is an advantage.
• Nice to have an established network within the Luxembourg, Belgian or French fund ecosystem and prior B2B SaaS or FinTech commercial experience.
