About the role
Arendt Investor Services is seeking a professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and suppliers. You will ensure a welcoming atmosphere while providing essential administrative support to keep daily operations running smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients, visitors, and suppliers at the front desk.
- Manage internal and external telephone calls.
- Prepare and supervise meeting rooms, including booking and equipment setup.
- Coordinate lunch logistics and order catering as needed.
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail and parcels (DHL, UPS, etc.).
- Oversee visitor parking in collaboration with the Facility Officer.
- Book transportation such as taxis and arrange conference center bookings.
- Assist in organizing events, training sessions, and catering.
- Maintain the Business Center by updating entries, handling calls, and managing signage.
- Perform various other administrative tasks as required.
Required profile
- 1 to 3 years of receptionist experience, preferably in high‑end establishments, hotels, or service companies.
- Relevant diploma (BTS, Bac Pro, or equivalent) in hotel or tourism management.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Strong multitasking, time‑management, and organizational abilities.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Team‑player mindset with attention to detail and a proactive problem‑solving attitude.
Required skills
- Proficiency in handling telephone systems and email correspondence.
- Experience with meeting‑room booking tools and basic office equipment.
