Real Estate Portfolio Manager

About the role

Tether is seeking an experienced Real Estate Portfolio Manager to take full ownership of a roughly $1 billion portfolio of real‑estate investments. The portfolio includes third‑party managed funds, co‑investment SPVs and a select group of directly held assets, with a strong emphasis on commercial hospitality properties and limited residential exposure.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and report on portfolio performance, ensuring accurate and timely data for senior leadership.
• Oversee third‑party fund managers and co‑investment SPVs, holding them accountable to agreed targets.
• Analyze asset performance, identify risks and opportunities, and provide recommendations to the investment committee.
• Prepare and present portfolio updates, financial models, and performance dashboards.
• Support strategic decision‑making for acquisitions, disposals, and asset repositioning.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing a real‑estate portfolio of at least $500 million, preferably with a focus on hospitality assets.
• Strong analytical and operational capabilities with a high degree of ownership.
• Excellent English communication skills and ability to work in a fully remote, global team.
• Senior‑level experience in real‑estate investment or asset management.
